Q: What makes your treats a better choice?
A: We’re proudly registered with the Utah Department of Agriculture & Food, which means every treat meets strict safety and quality standards—so you can feel confident when you spoil your best friend.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Absolutely! We just ask that you schedule a pick-up time in advance so we can have everything ready for you.
Q: Do I have to order online?
A: Nope! You’re welcome to shop with us in person at our events as well.
Q: Can I buy your products in person?
A: Yes! You can find us at a local vendor market on the first Saturday of each month. During the summer, we also pop up at the local farmer’s market once a month.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: We sure do—for orders over $15 within the zip codes 84074, 84071, and 84029.
Q: Is the dog on your label yours?
A: Yes! That’s Iroh, our sweet 15-year-old Siberian Husky, who joined our family when he was 5.
Q: Will you have new treat varieties in the future?
A: Definitely—we’re always dreaming up new ways to bring tasty, healthy treats to your pets.
Q: Where are your treats made?
A: Every treat is handcrafted with love right here in Tooele, Utah.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We usually ship within two business days. Most orders arrive in 5–7 days, though occasional carrier delays are out of our control.
